Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira was born on May 26 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo, Brazil. She's appeared in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira is a Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime part of the Global Initiative against Transnational Organized Crime. She joined at the beginning of March in 2020. The organization is the multilateral engagement core team member and an analyst for the Assassination Witness program. Her research focuses on the illicit market, disappearances and assassinations. Alongside the organized crime aspect, her research is focused on the consequences of human rights and the human rights law in the international context. Ana Paula has an LL.M. cum louise (with the highest distinction) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She holds earned an LL.M. degree from the School of Public Law as well an MBA from Fundacao Getulio Vargas, Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula earned a magnacum laude Bachelor's degree in Legal as well as Social Sciences at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. The experience she has gained as a lawyer has included four years of practicing at a firm that specializes in public law litigation. In the past, she has also worked at nongovernmental organizations with the headquarters located in Rio de Janeiro.
